Great cacao starts at the source with great farmers that care for their crops and know the ins and outs of growing, harvesting, and fermentation. We partner with incredible people who share our mission to better the lives of everyone involved in the quest for great chocolate, and who care about improving the lives of their communities.

We don't add anything we don't need to in our chocolate. Just pure cacao, roasted to perfection in our factory; organic cane sugar; and a little extra cocoa butter as necessary for the perfect texture. 

Our inclusions, such as whole milk powder, spices, dried fruit, and nuts follow these same principles.

We put people first in everything we do. When we do that, we get happy customers, happy farmers, happy employees, and feel a lot better ourselves. Don't get us wrong, we love that our business is profitable and care about that. But it is simply a means to an end, a means to bettering the lives of those around us!

Our favorite thing is finding great partners to create new chocolate flavors and products with! We have many local partners that either provide delicious, locally-grown inclusions to flavor our chocolates or inspire us with great ideas for co-branded bars; sometimes even both! These collaborations have helped us find many of our best-selling and award winning ideas! A huge thanks to all of our collaborators past, present, and future!
